Step 1: Consultation and creation of your requirements profile
To begin with, we clarify your personnel requirements together and create an individual profile for the trainees or skilled workers you are looking for from Morocco and West Africa. We take into account criteria such as language skills, qualifications and professional experience.


Step 2: Tendering and access to our network
We work with a network of language schools, universities and high schools to advertise your open training and/or employment positions. We also draw on our existing pool of qualified candidates. Our broad-based search strategy enables us to target talented individuals who are a good fit for your company.
Step 3: Organizing and conducting job interviews
We prepare the interviews thoroughly and clarify all relevant questions about qualifications, language skills and professional requirements. We conduct the interviews together with you so that you can get a clear picture of the candidates. The final selection of suitable candidates is of course up to you.


Step 4: Taking over the bureaucratic tasks
We take care of all organizational and administrative tasks involved in the recruitment of skilled workers or trainees. This includes preparing and sending employment contracts, applying for visas and work permits and providing support with recognition procedures. We also organize your new employees' travel to Germany and help them find suitable accommodation if required.
Step 5: Arrival support and onboarding
To ensure that your new employees arrive safely in Germany, we can optionally pick them up at the airport and take them to their new place of residence. We support them with the first steps, such as registering with the authorities, taking out health insurance and setting up cell phone and internet contracts. This allows your new team members to quickly settle into their new surroundings and concentrate on their tasks.


Step 6: Support after starting work
We also support your new employees after they start work. We are your point of contact for questions and challenges and, if required, we can support you with measures such as language courses or other integration assistance.
